I've thought about going up to Sowo, undecided yet. Anyhow, Ghionw: if you need help with the retrofit hit up Dana @ TougeFighter, he did a good job with mine.

 

The DIYer in me wants to attempt it myself. I found something on how a fellow 5th Gen'r wired their Halos, I will more than likely do the same. If I get stuck or jack them up, I will contact Dana.

I will be tackling my headlights soon enough. TRS retrofit and black out. Might even get a set of led bulbs for the high beams so that they are the same color as the hids or at least closer.

Looking into getting the invidia q300 later in the month if bonus is favorable. Orndog, you ready to swap to dual exhausts?

-Headlights: yet to install my TRS retro fit kit and blackout my surrounds

-Future plans: Eventually go full TBE. need to decide if I want to do the CBE first or the dp. More than likely invidia will get my money.

Plans are for the RCE blacks and Bilsteins, not yet purchased or installed. But yes, about .8" drop and would really like to keep the 45 side wall, Denver roads are shitty!

Not sure how low of a drop I got, I know I barely have any wheel gap, especially in the rear.

Depends on how low you drop it. I am on 245/40/18 with a 18x9.5 et45 wheel and no roll or pull and best of all, no rubbing. The 245/45 might be a different story though.

Looking nice Ghion. Makes me wanna wash mine. Maybe we should do another 5th gen photos shoot. Bring something better than our cell phones.

On that note, are you on coilovers or stock struts. And did you roll the fenders to fit?

 

I am on BC Racing coilovers. No roll or pull. Running about 1.3 deg camber all around (I think).

A few of us on here are 18x9.5 40et. I am personally running 18x9.5 et45 on 245/40/18 on coils.

I will try to make the ones closer to perimeter area since I working around there. Probably won't be for another several weeks since I have my bowling league on Tuesday for the next month and a half.

Nothing special here. I have to get my 60K service done soon and I have my TRS hid kit to install. Procrastination is strong at the moment.

You've got plenty of power in your 5th Gen LGT. In fact, with a stage 1 tune you can see about 300/300 -- are you tuned yet?

I am on the OTS stage 1 tune from Cobb. Been meaning to get a custom stage 1 tune but just haven't pulled the trigger. Waiting until I get my exhaust.

 

So... How about an ACTUAL LGT GA meet sometime next year? I'd love to get some photos and videos of everyone's cars.

I applied some sound deadener to my front doors and trunk lid. I got mine from a guy over on DIYMobileAudio. Sound Deadener Showdown was the company. Products seem good and the prices were decent. He answered any questions I had promptly and help me get the right amount of product for the job.

 

 

 

I think I am going to go with 100mm halos for my retrofit. Interested in seeing your write-up.

Will definitely keep that in mind.

By maxed out kit, do you mean with the ballast, bulbs and relays? I was thinking of doing the halos as well.

What paint should I use for the inside?

I will be doing a full retro-fit as well. What brand are you going with? I've been eyeing the TRS set made for the Legacy.

It was a rule that was instated last year. if you go to dicks you can get nice nike/addidas/underarmour bags that are see-through!

I am sure the Mrs would have packed less stuff if she knew that was the requirement. No big deal, it is what it is. We know better for next time.

 

Preseason or not, I think it was still within their power to win that game. Still enjoyed the opportunity.

It was my first game. I don't watch football on a regular basis. Mainly superbowl so that my coworkers don't try to revoke my man card. But who would pass up free tickets to the executive suites.
