for the sake of you, take care of the DTC code before you start any mod. get everything 100% to function on the engine,drive train,and fuel on your oem state, then you can mod... EJ25 is a great platform specially when dialed in right... also continue reading what this is all about in this forum. enablers are on always on the stand by to give their insights on the mechanics of things. find out what it is to maintain and drive an EJ25. of course welcome and good luck....

sure, i wouldn't drive it at all. you can set up a base tune with a tuner until you're ready for the the tune. a tuner can help you likely.

try Adam @AA Motorsport in Mt.View Ca. the mods will understand, you're under stress and its an emergency.

it will sound different if you change to a bigger diameter midpipe, and Y pipe... i would start of with the axle back unit and oe units, for sure you will be happy.

you will be positively happy with the nameless 5 inch muffler, considering you have the oe downpipe to do the axelback,and best a 5mt tranny.
