  1. I have seen that car driving around the Salisbury/Newburyport area a few times recently.

Does if have a fmic? If so, that's my old car. I feel bad for the guy that bought it. He probably had some issues in the beginning. It had a catless dp and I know the dealer put a stocker on. So it most likely pulled a cel. Hopefully the owner realized it needed the larger free flowing one. Otherwise hopefully he retuned it....and decreased the power.

  2. Well I officially had to give up my bronze leggy. Traded it in about a month ago at a dealership in nh for a limited outback sap. So sad to give it up, but I really needed something with better mpg and cheaper gas. Plus, ma roads were just really wearing on this vehicle. I also wasn't able to enjoy the car as much up here with all the traffic. Guess they sold it pretty quickly, so I'm hoping the new owner gets to enjoy it. I know I did.

It's been nice being apart of the leggy community but now I guess I have to join the outback one to be with the soccer moms. :-)

Anyway, it's been nice being in this thread.

Do you have pics of the front lip? I have one on my car but it's gotten a little damaged (from steep driveways) and am wondering what options are out there to replace it. The one I have isn't made anymore from my understanding.

  4. Not really no. At night you can only see a slight tinge of yellow. Maybe more of a halogen effect. I've debated on what I really want. I like the look of the lenses just during the day, but I fear risking the yellow HIDs will make the effect too yellow.

There are lots of people who do that with their fogs. You could ask for pics and decide. I think the bigger issue would be having yellow overlays and yellow lights might decrease the overall light output.

  5. Missed this thread the first time around.

Do those yellow overlays really make your headlights shine yellow (assuming you don't have yellow bulbs).

  6. ^ I must say, it most definitely wasn't my cup of tea, but hey, if he likes it, more power to 'em. Didn't notice the state of origin via license plates as I flew by, but he was just on surface streets near my house, so probably Mass. I admit the gold wheels on the brown definitely gave me a chuckle. Good candidate for a WRB respray. ;)

Everybody does gold and wrb. I wanted something different...although I'm ready for a change now....just want bronze on bronze now.

  7. i was hoping there weren't any shit brown lgt's in MA

Sorry...moved up from Texas where everything is brown almost two years ago.

For there being so many Subarus up here, I'm surprised that there aren't that many modded ones. Also, it is much harder to tell if someone is a fan or not up here. You would never catch an old lady in a wrx in texas like you see up here.

  8. Spotted brown (or whatever that color is called) LGT sedan with gold rims over near Park and Mass Ave in Arlington. Gave you a hella honk and a wave, but I think I surprised you and passed you by before you got a chance.

Yeah, that was me. I didn't have a chance to wave back...but tried. Not sure if you saw it.
