  1. I miss my old car…..wonder where it is now. I had custom painted OEM mud flaps. To me it is all about the little things. I left them on the car when I traded it in. http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e391/tgunal/Subaru%202012/IMG_20120713_164528_zps425e8ddc.jpg http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e391/tgunal/Subaru%202012/IMG_20120713_164555_zps68863470.jpg http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e391/tgunal/Subaru%202012/IMG_20120713_164436_zps99a932b0.jpg
  2. Looks good but he needs a grill! And I wish those LED Fogs would fit into our cars.
  3. I would not call Subaru's paint bad or low quality. If you take care of it, it will hold up. However, if I were to keep my cars as long as you do, I would definitely invest in a clear-bra. I get all of my cars wrapped right away since I can not stand rockchips.......and I lease.....my car will be gone once 3 years is up.
  4. JDM Grill & Morimoto XB LED Fogs installed. http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e391/tgunal/Subaru%202015/7d341e0d-c74c-4fff-8135-b41dbc36ac03_zpsqnd8ta7s.jpg
  5. Yes, the front of my car is all wrapped with Xpel. I was going to get clearplex for the windshield and decided against it once I was quoted $500 for it. I would rather keep changing the windshield than paying for clearplex which also needs to be replaced every so often.
  6. Our OEM windshields are made by Carlex. I called the local shop for a Carlex replacement and they quoted me $518+tax I am going to hold out until summer to replace it for now.
  7. In WA State, they conveniently do not cover windshields With $500 deductible it makes no sense to involve insurance. I am keeping this windshield until drivers side is cracked.
  8. Well, at 5K miles...... my already cracked windshield, cracked again from the same spot but lower...... But all caused by rock-chips. I have owned boat load of cars and this has never happened before. T shaped crack was the 1st and now, there is another one on the lower side. So glad, I did not already replace it :-) http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e391/tgunal/Subaru%202015/20150319_084128_zpsrqqlmoxr.jpg
  9. Mine cracked at 2500 miles from the passenger side and I am not going to replace it until or if it makes it's way to my driving vision. As far as the lack of trim, a lot of the new cars don't have it and neither did the previous generation Legacy.
  10. Detailed….again. http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e391/tgunal/Subaru%202015/20150131_115241_zpstxkjoym5.jpg
  11. S-hit..... Gotta spend more money on the car now. Thanks Cool!!!!
  12. Some randoms: http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e391/tgunal/Subaru%202015/20141122_172930_zpsj7jad3br.jpg http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e391/tgunal/Subaru%202015/20141204_083344_zpsflvofhx8.jpg
  13. Smart Service in Shorline / Seattle, WA. I've used them for many years. They also have another shop up north in Everett, WA They only work on Subaru's, competitive pricing and just bunch of nice guys. They recently did a 30K service on my 2012 3.6R. smart-service.com
  14. They heat up there for sure. I did this on my 2012 and reinstalled them prior to trading it back in. I really don't care too much for the orange up front.
  15. I just took the bulbs off. I might put a smoke colored film over the orange reflectors at one point.
  16. I bought all of my LEDs from V-Leds. Bit pricey but quality is outstanding. Believe it or not, I transferred all of them from my 2012 Legacy and they are going super strong.
  17. 18. Here are pictures of it at delivery. I told the dealer to only do a safety check and pull the exterior plastic off the car. She is pretty much untouched. The next day it went through a 12 hr detail. http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e391/tgunal/Mobile%20Uploads/20141013_121426_zps6rbed74a.jpg http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e391/tgunal/Mobile%20Uploads/20141013_121447_zpsvuyunkhf.jpg http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e391/tgunal/Mobile%20Uploads/20141013_121458_zpssm6lbufl.jpg Only post detail shots (been raining non stop) http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e391/tgunal/Mobile%20Uploads/20141014_183209_zpskimhontt.jpg http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e391/tgunal/Mobile%20Uploads/20141014_183345_zpsj6ucfr3r.jpg
  19. I am with you. I have no I idea why they did not do this. I am hoping that someone will figure out a way the make the existing LEDs much much brighter.
  20. ^^^ Agreed. It took a min to disconnect the cable. Shortly after below picture was taken, I got rid of the orange corner lights as well. No one has them besides cars in N. America. http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e391/tgunal/Mobile%20Uploads/20141014_183209_zpskimhontt.jpg
  21. Well, I started this thread 3 years ago when my Ice Silver Legacy got delivered. 3 years 33K miles later, new 2015 is on the way and it is time for me to say good bye to best Subaru I have owned so far (6th one and counting). For the last road trip, we took her to Washington's wine country and toured wineries for 3 days. Here are some pictures from the road trip. My next Legacy (which is white this time) is due to arrive 2nd week of October On to the pictures……. http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e391/tgunal/Mobile%20Uploads/20140831_130055_zpsqo6x2x9u.jpg http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e391/tgunal/Mobile%20Uploads/d4c2d7dd-361b-4893-b577-1df57152af1f_zpsd68e0b50.jpg http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e391/tgunal/Mobile%20Uploads/6f896350-fb84-4f4b-9f83-cc4bdd9c4f20_zps13dd3861.jpg http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e391/tgunal/Mobile%20Uploads/d9ad529c-281b-4bd5-875f-e6182eca9fe1_zps0501947d.jpg[/url http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e391/tgunal/Mobile%20Uploads/3409280e-d451-4e8a-b287-7b59cdf2aeca_zps3ce573b1.jpg http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e391/tgunal/Mobile%20Uploads/1c0ddaa7-55bd-4a76-98c1-23547c3b3cb5_zps8b4e5dee.jpg http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e391/tgunal/Mobile%20Uploads/93b09b94-6f7d-47f4-8e36-62798856c185_zps5411512b.jpg http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e391/tgunal/Mobile%20Uploads/d869d052-fb2a-426e-ab12-171e2da40006_zps654c20df.jpg Turned 33,333 on our way back to Seattle http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e391/tgunal/Mobile%20Uploads/20140901_125959_zps87qv1mut.jpg Home, Washed & Detailed (And front plate removed) http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e391/tgunal/Mobile%20Uploads/20140901_192049_zpsghoajrqk.jpg This will most likely be my final addition to this thread
  22. Keep us posted please. There really isn't a good way of doing it on 5th gens. Mine are tabed into the parking lights directly. This is how many others have done it as well.
  23. Awesome Sir! I think I am going to do this before the car even leaves the dealer Now all we need to figure out is how to run the fogs without the headlights.
  24. Latest addition which impressed me quite a bit..... Trunk Lip Spoiler: http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e391/tgunal/Subaru%202012/IMG_20130113_164640_zps1b14c489.jpg http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e391/tgunal/IMG_20130113_164719.jpg
