Yep if you check on opposed forces they list the front lenses as separate parts. I have seen some 05 ones on eBay recently -

Cost me 80 dollars for it so it was a cheap gamble. I can always get another one used somewhere! The housing os badly damaged on the rear: http://i32.photobucket.com/albums/d3/desperatedano/Mobile%20Uploads/IMG_20150122_142103.jpg http://i32.photobucket.com/albums/d3/desperatedano/Mobile%20Uploads/IMG_20150122_154232.jpg And ballast is fried i guess! So minimum i would need new ballast and rear housing. I dont think you can buy the rear housing sperately like you can for the front lens, -

So seems like i have found most of the facelift parts locally from subaru delaer and got prices too, I just need to figure out the headlights as im sure they cost a fortune new from Subaru. I'll probably start a seperate facelift conversion thread and post back here when i actually start putting it all together! -

So after switching back to TMIC setup i need a new bumper skin to replace the gaping hole on my front end which i now have: to 08+ spec b/s402 front end: http://i32.photobucket.com/albums/d3/desperatedano/FL1.jpg I thought it would be easy considering its already a jdm model but parts list i seem to need so far include: Bumper skin front fenders crash bar foam supports upper and lower foglights and brackets foglight covers headlights(with or without washers) headlight brackets side bumper clips I need to figure out if the non-washer units are HID(Xenon) as standard and will the be plug and play with my current HID wiring Also i need to figure out if i can get the headlight washer jet wiring working and figure out do they spray off the stalk like the windshield washers or is there a seperate butto or different stalk needed Headlights will most likely come from auctions in Japan, fenders too but i can't find any of the 08+ ones i want. Bumper skin i can get from local Subaru dealer surprisingly cheap brand new so thats good. Im assuming the arch liners i have will work and undertray is the same, both will be replaced later down the line as both have damage or sections cut out from various mods over the years! If anyone that has gone with the above facelift, let me know any links to any european suppliers you came across or good places to check for in Japan. Currently my searching is only on Nengun.com auctions -
did you have any issues getting the kinugawa up pipe to fit? My mechanic said mine was fouling on the subframe so he used a stock vf36 uppipe instead
-
Mine is ej20y. Same here only have it fitted a week and need a tune before I can enjoy it properly!!!
-
yes ej20x is engine found in auto jdm legacy's
-
with enough parts it should be fairly straight forward swap
-
I really hope i can make this work with my setup when it comes out, i would like to go back to tmic setup. as i dont think the power levels ill be aiming for can justify the use of my current Turboxs FMIC. Also means i can do a 08+ jdm front end swap and not have to butcher up another bumper to fit around FMIC Hope it lands this summer so

ill be ordering up a td05h 20g next week with 9 blade sts billet wheel and adjustable actuator, I was thinking of a 1.2 bar spring. what difference would a stiffer spring make over the stock 1.0 bar spring? -

im thinking of the twinscroll 20G at the end of january, not sure if it will be too laggy though on my 2.0, they said it will spool similar to the vf36 i currently have. Only one way to find out i guess! -
All i want is a TMIC that will fit with sti style turbo's and LGT intake manifold, something with no gangster lean and when bolted in place lines up properly with the rest of the the engine! Also hopefully it comes with a splitter to maximise airflow onto it from the hood scoop. And RHD fitment too. Cherry on top would be nice

So seems that pipe is not on properly. The small plastic elbow off the Turbo that connects to intercooler. Take it off clean it, make sure the rubber gasket is seated properly and make sure the two bolts are torqued priory onto Turbo. Also make sure the intercooler is in properly to that pipe and clamped properly, nice and tight. Go for a drive and see if any oil leaks out again. Nothing should leak from there
