From what I remember on the end where the wires come out there's a plastic tab that you could stick a small screwdriver under and pop it up, once that's loose you can pull the wire out and pop the plastic piece back down

Sorry you probably wanted an answer before you did the project they worked fine, I ended up using Autolite XP Iridium for the GT and they're doing great as well

make sure when you put them back together you heat them up long enough, don't chicken out and try not to because you're scared to damage them. 5 mins in the oven before you push em back together worked fine for me twice without extra silicone
