ooooo trust me i was well versed in this. that law means nothing. tell a dealer that and they dont care about it. you actually have to have money to prosecute them and they still have the right to deny you service which is normally the case. it is total B.S. SOA just told me that by that dealer putting Krex in my engine, if they were to link it to engine failure that b/c of the actions of the subaru dealer my engine warranty would be void. aight that nice.

^^ yea i heard that before. i had hyundai void my warranty b/c they said my intake caused the car's brake failure. yea. i have heard it all.

other than http://techinfo.subaru.com is there any site u guys go to for tech info about subaru? hyundai has a site for free that u can go to and view all the diagrams and read common torques and removal/installation procedures. i am looking for something like that.

i just did a convert from phpBB to vb over on wvstreets.com this weekend and it is quite easy. takes a bit of time depending on how u can get the data from the existing database, but, it is all transparent. u dont lose a post or a user or a password.

i think they would have great success with the forum if it was user friendly. that is just my opinion. i am sure if i stuck around on it for a while i could learn to use it nice and quick.

here is another n00b manual question. whenever i come to a light i know is going to be long i push the clutch in and pop it into neutral then coast into the light. yea u can down shift to slow down but i like brakes. my question is..... i found u can just push the shifter into neutral. do I need to push in the clutch when going into N? general consensus is "yes" but I am asking around just to be sure. I mean if you can go right into N, why waste that lil bit of clutch.

ha, so i noticed today that when ur in 2nd at about 1krpm the lil fuel consumption gauge goes nuts left and right and the car bucks. sweet. new manual owner ftw.
