OBP stage 2ish 05 wagon with grill delete at Village Subaru this morning (around 8:30)
sweet looking car
-
zmarko, the AVO kit is better looking, and $115 last I checked, I went the route I did 'cause it was made out of available parts and it was ~$20.
I had plans to fabricate some ABS to cover the other areas (or get the AVO kit), but the car was a goner before I could do that.
On a looks standpoint, in person, it looked decent enough, that was an early pic, and you couldn't tell it didn't' belong there unless you had a very discerning eye.

Kaos22B, if you don't have nav, do this:

That was my old '07 (before a drunk driver decided to hit it)

great looking LGT none the less!
Congrats on the new car.

Heh, it's no offense, I'm just anal-retentive with names sometimes. 05 and 06 used Atlantic Blue Pearl then in 07 (I think) they went to Newport Blue Pearl.
Frankly, I can't tell the difference, I primarily know which based on model year.
-
Pikers, 05 or 06 isn't Newport Blue, it's Atlantic Blue, just a nitpicky note.
I asked 'cause if you see a Newport Blue 08 GT with 4500k HID's in Waltham, that's me. What complex are you in?
-
pikers, GT or 2.5i?
-
Welcome to the forum pikers.
You going to do any audio mods to your Legacy?
-
Nah, wasn't parked there yesterday.
I was in the center of framingham for PT, then by RCN to drop off boxes, than I went to Maynard to my office
-
what building is that? I was in the center of Framingham yesterday (188 Concord st, RT 126)
-
unclemat, I look forward to your 08 numbers.
/Wants to know how rare is my NBP 08 GT 5eat
-
vaccaroja, yeah, that kind of material. If it isn't, people like me wouldn't use it, as I would never put a real sticker on my car.
-
Maybe we should make legacyGT.com window stickers
(Interior plastic ones, that can be taken up and down easily)
-
qsm 05-07 lgt on 126 heading north in the center of Framingham. I was heading south.
-
a Subaru at REI? Well I never!
-
Yesterday morning (8:50AM or so), I saw an GRP GT Wagon turning from RT 62 (Powdermill RD) onto Sudbury RD in Maynard, then into Swanson Pontaic. Had some stickers on the back.
-
Never been to the Blue Ribbon BBQ.
I live on Fern ST, which is off of Sun st off of Prospect ST. I use prospect ST to get to 20 and 117 every day. (I work in Maynard).
Basically, I drive in the very area you do, and I've never seen an OBP LGT there.
Go figure

Snow05gtRI.
I live in the same damn city as you, I don't think I've ever seen your car.

SWP 05-07 GT Wagon on 126 in Framingham last night around 5:55. looked lowered. I didn't have enough time to catch more detail.
Did catch thishttp://i96.photobucket.com/albums/l177/ean611/IMAG0026.jpg
Owner of this good looking car on here?;

ClimberD.
You get some sound deadener. Dynamat is a common, but expensive one. I use edead, as it's very cheap, and very easy to work with.
You take the interior of the car out. That is, seats, rear bench, trim, and carpet. You put sound deadener (butyl mat) down. Re-assemble car. Repeat with trunk. closed cell foam layer is optional, but recommended for doors, trunk, and wheelwells.
-
I'm interested. I need to sound deaden most of my car, not fun to do outside.
-
i'm honestly surprised at how good the pic is, that's my new cell phone camera
HTC Touch Pro, 3.2MP camera WITH Auto focus!

Saw this on RT 20 in watertown

Underdog, I didn't know that. Guess it was an LGT.

I saw number 412 at Village Subaru in Acton this morning. (for sale obviously)
It has 58k on the clock. Also, has aftermarket wheels with Blizzaks on them.
The engine compartment was weird, either the previous owner was a neat freak (dealer said he owned a car wash), or the dealer did an insane job in there. It looked factory clean.
