I use too much data to have a family share plan. It would cost me $80 more per month.

Those of you using tablets as carputers, do you have data plans on your tablets? Or are you tethering them to your phone? I love the idea of using a tablet, but utterly dread the thought of $30/month for data on the damn thing.

I have that too, and it doesn't. I gave up looking and went with a Drawtite Class 3. I wasn't going to pay $900 to get a hitch that might not work.

And don't forget the extra ground clearance!

1.25" hitches are either Class1 or Class2. Class 3 and 4 hitches are always 2"

I tried to get enough information to feel comfortable bringing that hitch over from Aus. It would've cost me $900USD to get a new one, and I wasn't able to find sufficient info to say that it would definitely bolt up to the US cars.

I said it in the beginning, and I'll say it again. I will NEVER replace a boot again. Massive waste of time. I'm with Mike on this.

I think I've seen a thread where someone tried and the rear bolt pattern was very different. And legacy rear suspension is very different than WRX rear suspension.

It depends on how you set it up. It's got it's own injector drivers and coil drivers, so you can do everything but run the A/C. It is, for all intents, a standalone. He is running speed-density, too. The car idles like stock and drives around like stock. When you get on it, it'll rip your face off.

The car is tuned for pump gas, but I don't think he ever runs it.
