DC_12
Im looking at purchasing some H&R Sport springs, the advertised drop amount from these is 1.3 inches in the front, and 1.4 in the back. Im looking to get a similar stance as the to pics below, will the 1.3-1.4 be enough or do i need to go lower? Ill post a few pics of my Legacy as she shits now. Thanks for any input! boostedgrocerygetter
Easiest thing to do is measure your current wheel gap and go with a ruler and go down 1.3 inches. And see if that about where you want it to be. There are a few varying factors in these pics. Wheel size, tire size, and how much shit is in the car. But most of these pics are probably roughly about where your looking to end up. If not cut some coils off.
driving
This is how my car sat on eibachs 1 inch front 0.8 inch rear. So a bit lower i would guess.

DC_12
Dumb question probably, but do i have to buy new struts and shocks when i buy these springs?
njd
Here's how my LGT sits on H&R's paired with konis. I also have a 1/4 inch spacer in the rear. The springs should be paired with aftermarket shocks like the konis...
DC_12
Look perfect, can i buy and install just the springs tho?
njd
Look perfect, can i buy and install just the springs tho? Yep, you will achieve the same height whether on koni's or stock shocks since the koni's are built into the stock shock housings.
DC_12
Okay cool. Id like to have them but i just dont have the extra money at the moment and cant stand how high my car rides. Does the same go for struts? Or do i have to buy after market ones
