Sorry to hear Wagon Man. Best bet would be AZP Installs (they are in NJ but they are THE BEST). http://azpinstalls.com/

Otherwise try MR Performance in Westbury. http://www.mrpbuilt.com/

just got off the phone with AZP..... they said they wont do a head gasket on a DOHC motor, which is kind of upsetting

they recommended a motor swap....but i dont even know what i would swap into it

By swap we mean a replacement salvage yard motor. The cost to do the HG properly on a DOHC motor outweighs the cost to just pull the motor and drop in a salvage motor these days. :(

Nothing Fishy about AZP. I know in My business there are certain jobs I turn down, Because I know It won't come out right, for what they are asking, or want to pay. and I will go back 1000X and never make them happy, and at that point I hate to poke fingers in peoples eye and say I told you so, (I would love to) So there must be a reason they say just replace the whole thing! take it from experince.
