LibertyFLS Posted March 21, 2013 Share Posted March 21, 2013 You shouldn't need the mounting kit at all. My Eclipse double din came with the wire harness and mounting kit free. When we installed it my buddy already had the harness from his 2006 LGT which fit my car perfect. As for the mounting kit, we didn't even open the package cause it wasn't needed at all, the stereo fit like a glove using only the original mounting equipment and bolts that were already in the car.
