dewsstephanie
ok. so im new to this site but i am in desperate need of some help on my car. Its a 1996 Subaru Legacy L 4 door sedan, 2.2 l engine.... it sticks randomly while i am driving. i notice i start to lose power, then my car completely stops. its my front driver side brake refusing to release. I have replaced the caliper, pads, and rotor on that side and it still locks up. all parts are new from advance auto parts... when it locks up, bleeding the brake is a hit and miss. most of the time it works. but sometimes it does nothing. I took the brake hose out today, blew in both sides, it didnt seem to be clogged at all. i put the hose back on, and find out my brakes are locked again. (it wasnt before--today anyway) bleeding the brake released it. i have been told that it may be the brake booster? not sure about that tho. I have not checked the brake line. im not sure how that can go bad. or how to test it. Please help!!
