pleaidestar Posted March 9, 2013 Share Posted March 9, 2013 Having trouble finding pulse rates and info regarding obd1 22e 5speed injectors and obd2 22e 5 speed injectors...want to see if I may have problems fueling the heads when I try this 18e/22e compression build. I know the gray injectors from the obd2 22/e will plug into my obd1 harness and power them but I don't know the dynamics between the ecu...my red injectors from 91 22e look a bit different, the nozzles protrude a bit farther into the combustion chamber kind of tells me the fuel run is more concentrated for the 98 manifold (compression difference between 95 and 98 ej22 is very small as is the fuel consumption. 3nvy Posted August 9, 2014 Share Posted August 9, 2014 OK. This might be a dumb question. But can you swap a EA82 or 81 crank into a EJ22T block? If so how much would it destroke it?
