Saul_Good
Shattered front rim, bent front control arm, bent rear lateral links and rear crossmember. Can you say insurance ? Stupid thing is I was just tryin to diagnose the "clunk" sound and went a lil too quick on a gravely road with no runoff and hit the curb. Oh well, lesson learned. On a lighter note, there was no body damage whatsoever.
S4
Ah man, that sucks, sorry to hear it. I had a couple REAL close calls in the snow, and have taken it quite a bit easier in snow, gravel, rain, etc. Glad to hear you're okay, but sorry about the car. I've got some scratches and a good chunk taken out of one my wheels from my winter adventures...
deimos
Sorry to hear. I mashed two of my rims on a curb in the snow last year (too fast ) Luckily no apparent damage other than two curbed rims, which cost $125 cdn each to paint. I guess think of it as an expensive lesson, hehe we all have to get burned before we know to keep our hands off the stove
