mlrtime
Hi all, I haven't had any issues with my LGT and this one is pretty small but annoying none the less. It is hard to explain, but right where the black leather/vinyl hits the window it is not straight. I've attached two pictures, you can kind of see what is happening, you can also see it in the reflection of the glass. It looks like it was not put on properly and it is bunched up. Anyway I want to get serviced this weekend and raise this issue but I've had my windows tinted and I'm afraid they will not honor the warranty. Or will the action of trying to make even (like the rest of the doors) cause more damage to the interior? Thanks for the help. http://s87897623.onlinehome.us/legacy4%20004.jpg http://s87897623.onlinehome.us/legacy4%20005.jpg
mlrtime
Hrm, that is interesting. I would assume it was there from factory. I didn't even notice it until the installer doing my tint told me. Since it is in the back seat it could have taken a lot longer before I would have seen it if he hadn't said anything. When did you raise the issue with them? My LGT is about 2 1/2 months old now. Anyway I could get a copy of your work order in case I have trouble with my dealer? I notice you are in the same area, maybe coincidence? thanks! mlr
Guest *Jedimaster*
I have something almost exactly like that, but mine is from my dogs' claws.
mlrtime
I got mine from Liberty Subaru in Ordell. I should have raised the issue earlier. The inside is still perfectly clean, I don't know what other explanation could cause this issue.
