downtoearth Posted January 12, 2013 Share Posted January 12, 2013 well, i spilt a bottle of Lucas oil injector cleaner in my trunk... the big bottle... anyways, i've scrubbed scrubbed scrubbed and have used a carpet shampooer and can't get it all out. i have guests visiting in about a months and don't want to get their suit cases covered in oil. (even grocery bags leave marks on the kitchen floor) im sick of transporting stuff in the back seat... i cut out most of the soiled carpet today and threw away my spare tire compartment cover and what ever fell victim to the oil spill. Does any one have trunk carpet they have laying around or spare tire compartment covers? anyone have suggestions where i can find some? i thought about just using spray can bed liner but our trunks seem to have to much going on that i don't want to cover up. thanks for the help!
