ovr9000
My dad and I were swapping out the ocv valves and we saw this in one of the hoses. Can anyone tell me what that hose does and why that stuff is in it? My dad thinks it's dirty oil mixed with water
ibr_adam09
Looked like you pulled one of the beather lines for the head. Normal for oil to be in that hose
ericem
And normal for condensation to build up.
GTTuner
Typical for your climate conditions. Do you do a lot of short trips in the cold weather? The danger is if it keeps building up it could freeze causing blockage.
ovr9000
We cleaned it out with some pipe cleaners and a blast from the air compressor. It's parked inside day and night so it hopefully shouldn't freeze up and clog the line. Good to hear that it's relatively normal though, thanks for the help
