frank_ster
my ac compressor is not starting. the pressures are correct in the system. the tripple pressure switch is working correctly. it seems the ecm is not giving the signal for it to start. i need to reve the engin up to 1000 rpm then it clicks on. also when driving down the highway. when it turns off due to the evaporator sensor as it normally would. it then does not turn back on untill i drop down below ~1600 then it clicks back on. watching rom raider logger i can see that the ecu is not sending signal to relay. as some of you may know i have a buick engine, but the stock subaru ecm is getting most of its typical signals. i did disable a number of P codes and i found that the ecm actually doesnt like that. anyone else have a issue with the ac such as this in thier tuning adventures ? i maybe can put the stock tune back in and see if it changes anything Now that's thinking out of the boxer! fyi all 05 + legacy's have built in code reader
.blackgt.
Hearing anything about the AC system is killer to me. I just went through a 10 month "lets find out whats wrong with my AC" problem that I still couldn't describe to someone. I wish I could be of more help. I know you are quite knowledgeable, but maybe a designated AC shop might be able to help you out.
