decent amp for 8" parecel shelf sub

Or similar what would be a good option to vet the most from this? Running pioneer double din at the min which it will be running off. Just looking to add a bit of decent bass to current setup. Is there options to get an amp that will do both sub and front and rear speakers? If I do ever want to upgrade them too.

 

Also in regards to sound deadening, I was planning to do parcel shelf. Is there any other areas I should consider doing to reduce both road noise and rattles and improve sound quality?

 

I have no clue about audio setups these days!
