Thanks again everyone! well ideally you take off the grill, but you have to take off the bumper for that. so we just taped off the plastic parts and surrounding area (bumper, headlights, engine bay) and put cardboard in front of the radiator. So the only thing not covered was the chrome stuff. Then just spray a thin layer of dip so that it looks like it's not even there. Let it dry then go heavier until the desired color. I did 4-5 coats. Let dry for a few hours so that when you take off the newspaper it doesn't take off the edge of the dip. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
