travgag Posted August 28, 2012 Author Share Posted August 28, 2012 yea ok sorry, your looking at the tank from ontop, behind the rear seat, i cut away between the two acces ports, and i replaced the steel line, its leaking on part of the seam in the center at the back of the car, and i was looking at dropping the tank but it seams like a big job, gotta drop the driveshaft and exhaust Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Stasis Posted August 29, 2012 Share Posted August 29, 2012 Yeah any kind of hole and it'll be leaking until plugged up, looks in pretty bad condition John told me it was easy to get the tank out, he didn't mention removing the subframe to do so. travgag Posted August 30, 2012 Author Share Posted August 30, 2012 well i got it all cleaned up and found exactly were its leaking, and slapped some seal all, gas and oil resitant, one guy said it held for 2 years, so well see, but i noticed its also leaking at the vent were it crossed through the frame il maybe replace it with some rubber hose around the frame Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
