bnguyenbb6 Posted June 15, 2012 Share Posted June 15, 2012 What is everyone running at idle/low load? My ECU picks up a lot of knock particularly coming to a stop(RPMs dropping to idle). It also tends to pick up knock at low loads but it doesn't seem to do it all the time. A lot of my knock events tend to happen under decel... I'm wondering if its a hiccup from my modded injectors(latency off maybe?), flase knock or timing. Thanks in advance. I'm trying to get my VF39 map nice before throwing on my 3071. bnguyenbb6 Posted June 15, 2012 Author Share Posted June 15, 2012 AF trims are -2,-2,-.78,0. Keith at awdtuning tuned it, I've since found and fixed leaks/other issues and have been tuning it. LV doesn't show much knock; a degree or two here and there. I haven't messed with idle at all as its been fine. It idles smooth but just hiccups(one small stutter) if when you let the RPMs drop to idle. Maybe the MAF is getting a little feedback from the throttle plate and doesn't quite read accurately...? Mods are: Built motor vf39 3.25" blow through Perrin 800 sidefeeds Grimmspeed 3port Walbro 255 there are more mods but those are the ones that are relevant.
