Replacing motor and tranny mounts

Hi

It's time to replace left and right motor mount on my 05 LGT 5EAT.

Instead OEM I want to put STI (03-07) mounts.

Everybody is shouting that STI mounts is much better.

There are so little info about mounts, will they fit without any hard mods?

And what part number?

Because google is not the best friend in this question, or I just lazy

 

Second question is about motor/tranny mount.

Is there some good aftermarket mounts for 5EAT?
