Take off the plastic shrouds on the arms, disconnect third brake light and trunk light wire harness (found on passenger side behind trunk liner), disconnect ball-joint for trunk release, and undo about 6 bolts. To get to the trunk release, you have to take off some of the liner, but you can probably get away without doing all of it. Another member and I swapped trunks in the dark of a February night.
