unobtainium Posted July 10, 2005 Share Posted July 10, 2005 Today was the 7500 mile service and I had two little quibbles to be taken care of under warranty: the rear view mirror belonged in a fun house because of the distortion, and there was a 3/16" gap between the ACC panel and the ash tray panel on the center console. Both complaints were written "Tech verified customer complaint" and the parts are on order. As for the center console there were clips that were broken. This has been since the car was new, so I cannot understand how they got that way. I like Santa Cruz Subaru, they don't waste your time. My '93 gets major service there and they have never done anything but top drawer work for me. BTW: there's no affiliation between me and SC Subaru, I'm simply happy with how they get things done.
