overspool Posted April 19, 2012 Share Posted April 19, 2012 So, I know what my issue is. My harness for the passenger side headlight is pinched somewhere. My low and high beams come on at the same time when I turn on the low beams. But if I unplug the passenger light, just the low beam on the drivers side is on. I measured resistance at the connector to the passenger headlight for the power wires to the low and high beams. I found 13ohms of resistance (should reach OL). So, I know what the problem is. I'm just curious if there are any normal problem areas with the harness where it might get pinched. Thanks! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

overspool Posted April 19, 2012 Author Share Posted April 19, 2012 The connector is the connector that came with the jdm headlights. I'll check it, it's a little old and has gotten a bit difficult to disconnect and reconnect, so that would make sense if it has cooked/warped a little.
