You may want to run new speaker wire too (more money of course) but if you're < like 75 watts per channel you will be fine with stock wires. Chorizo Posted April 9, 2012 Author Share Posted April 9, 2012 Ive been there they were gonna charge 100 more than any other place for a alarm install. Their crazy. So i bought 2 alpines sps610. They are rated at 80rms and my amp is a kicker thats 85rms x 2. I guess ill have to get new wires and i think the connection to the battery? I have a jvc deck and a sub/amp installed already but they were already there when i bought the car.
