What else to check/replace if pulling the intake manifold...?

Hey All,

 

I have leaky intake manifold gaskets that need to be replaced and also am going to get the PCV valve replaced at the same time. Is there anything else that should be checked and/or replaced while the inter-cooler and intake manifold are off? I'm currently at 81500 miles.

 

I didn't notice anything in the service intervals that I could see fitting this requirement.

 

Does anybody clean out the intake manifolds, clean the TGVs or throttle body? Was something I did all the time on my 2.5L Duratec that loved to pour oil into the airstream. Things were pretty caked up at 5k mile oil change time.

 

My car runs great so im not on the hunt to find something wrong, but if there are things that should be done, i want to get them taken care of at this time.
