MDKSDMF
I currently have a stage 2 with an IPR tmic and and act street hd with a streetlight flywheel which i put in in july 2010. The clutch started slipping in july 2011 and got worse and now needs to be replaced. I raced the hell out of it and drove it hard. now i want to take it to the strip maybe 1 time a year and do a pull or two when i hit the high way. should i get another street hd? should i get a six puck and be super safe? im not going stock. suggestions, reviews, comments please. iNVAR
:o you must drive REALLY hard, or not know how to drive stick properly, goddamn. i drive in nyc, and i can drive pretty hard, and even my clutch is lasting longer than you.
MDKSDMF
hahaha i get soo much flack from my friends for this....i think it was a combo of both. ive driven a manual transmission since my last three cars and the clutches never went. i had a stage 3 cobalt ss stock clutch and drag raced it at epping and never slipped. perhaps its my poor habit of riding the clutch in reverse?
