rdp2n
OK -- I give up -- I have looked for information on how to fix a leaky power steering reservoir but haven't found much in terms of an actual procedure. The reservoir leaks a pool of fluid on to the top of the engine. I have checked steering under opposedforces.com/parts and the steering pump O ring (part # 34427AA060) looks like a likely candidate for replacement. Do I need any other parts besides this to fix the leak? Do I just empty the reservoir, get the reservoir off the car (how?) and replace the O ring / other parts? Do I need then to bleed the system (what's the procedure for that?) If I have to bleed the system, is it worthwhile getting the steering pump kit and refurbishing the pump while I'm about it? (the owner was not complaining about steering issues) Thanks, Rob

Bigdaddy41301
Just use a turkey baster or something like that to get the fluid out of the res use a flashlight and look down in the res and u will see a bolt take it off and you can get to the o ring and the is usually what leaks.
