Tools for NA SOHC timing belt replacement

Hi,

I plan on doing this job next weekend, and have ordered the Gates kit with waterpump. I think I will buy the special tools, since I now have four Subies in the family, and will likely need them again, maybe even lend them to friends on the list also. I read the manual and I want to confirm that these are the tools I need:

Those are the only two special tools the manual lists, and they don't really do a very good job of showing them in use. This other tool seems to come up frequently in tool stores too, but the manual does not list it as needed in the service:

Do I need that too?
