Smokin05GT
Well I got my car stuck in a snowdrift today, it was about 2ft tall lol. But anyway after I got pulled out I noticed my ABS light was on and when I got on the throttle 50-75% it would buck and cut out like it was misfiring. I've got a check engine light on but its not flashing when the stuttering occurs. Any ideas? I got to get this thing scanned ASAP but the nearest place is an hour away. Oh and something else I noticed was that the rear drivers side wheel wasn't spinning when I tried getting out of the snow drift. The other three were spinning just fine...is that normal?? Code
CEL is most likely from a wheel-speed sensor. Disconnect your neg terminal for a minute and it should go away. Smokin05GT
Well the CEL was on before this incident happened. I kinda want to get it scanned first before it totally clears the code so I have a clue as to what's going on.
Smokin05GT
Well it was a wheel speed sensor issue. I guess when I was trying to get unstuck from that snow drift and one wheel wasn't spinning it set off the abs light and put the engine into limp mode. It went away by itself after 3 restarts and some driving.
