LegacyKid5
So I'm debating between some rally armor mudflaps and the OEM subaru splash guards. I have read that a wider tire makes the splash guards pretty much useless. Right now I have a 205/40/17 I believe, so I know it wouldn't be an issue with these. In the future though I am planning to run something more around a 225/40/18, so maybe someone with some experience with a tire around that size and OEM splash guards could give some input as to if a tire that wide is too wide for the OEM splash guards to do anything. ICEBERG1
Was running 18x8.5 w/ 255/35 series BFG KDW and had no rubbing at stock height but I went w/ RA UR flaps cause I was getting crap kicked all the way up the a pillar... removed the flaps cause im going 18x8. The 18x8.5s were rubbing now that im lowered and dont feel like doing the whole cambered "hella flush" thing
