I Donated broknindarkagain Posted January 22, 2012 I Donated Share Posted January 22, 2012 Are you trying to reprogram the ECU? If so, give up now. Its not possible. -broknindarkagain My Current Project - Click Here COME AND TAKE IT "The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing." NickLippert
Are you looking to do live data logging? I know over here you can pick up wireless OBDII readers, basically you plug it into the car's diagnostic plug then send the information to a laptop in the car. Most of them have on board memory too so that you can save the information and download it later.
do1fox
Yes, Ilive data logging, But the GT-B MY97 has onlyODB I (SSM 1 ) No ODB II conection andno ODB II Support. This is the Problem
NickLippert
Oh, that is a problem. Here the 97s are OBDII. I don't know of any similar products for OBDI, sorry. Hope you get it figured out.
I Donated broknindarkagain Posted January 25, 2012 I Donated Share Posted January 25, 2012 You can use an older Snap On scanner or a Genesys scanner to pull it up -broknindarkagain My Current Project - Click Here COME AND TAKE IT "The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing." Kennyfvholla
Yeah, I have a Snap-On MT2500. As long as you have the correct cartridges and personality key, you can connect. It will give you live data logging, but since your system is only OBDI you won't have as many data readouts as a car with an OBDII system.
