crazy AFR...log of a dying O2 sensor ?

Is this look like a sign of a dying o2 sensor ?

 

Was trying to get it removed, was stuck on and so decided to leave it on till PB blaster soaked in. Decided to hold off on doing o2 sensor replacement as no CEL but really terrible MPG etc...and we used a bottle of fuel injector cleaner

into a full tank of gas.

 

I do have a wideband installed PLX SM AFR, and it was reading all kinds of funky. cruising dropped to steady 11.7~12 and running super rich, but fuel trim was all over the place all of a sudden.

 

So I decided to log PLX vs ECU... in romraider.

Not sure if the dead o2 sensor, PLX gone bad, or bad injectors, or maybe the injector cleaner in the tank ?

Any ideas guys, I am going to have the o2 sensor replaced tomorrow hoping that will fix it, but if not.....looking to be ready.

 

Update: it was just a bad o2 sensor, surprised it didn't throw a cell till it completely died.
