Nedrex Posted January 9, 2012 Share Posted January 9, 2012 Hey all! So as the title describes, the left front channel is completely dead in my '05 LGT. I suspect it's simply a connection issue, since there is literally zero output at any volume. Are there any "usual suspects" when it comes to connectors that fail with this stereo? garbo41610 Posted January 10, 2012 Share Posted January 10, 2012 Check in the door to see if the connections in the door are fine then check the same at the amp. If both of those look ok, use a multimeter to test. If it all looks fine then that channel on the amp is likely dead which isn't UNcommon. Alternatively you could temporarily disconnect another channel on the amp and try those speakers on the "dead" channel. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

garbo41610 Posted January 10, 2012 Share Posted January 10, 2012 If you can find one second hand they can be pretty cheap, I wouldn't go to Subaru to buy one though, they will be ridiculously expensive.
