I've done several swaps including a 5 spd swap on a 92 SVX back in 1997. My Currant swapped baby is a 93 Gc w/ a STi swap. I love my Leggy as a D.D buy hate the lack of power, I even went as far as to build a motor using sti shortblock w/ the Leggy heads, it's better than oem , compression comes out to somewhere near 12.5:1. This build will b a built motor , Bc 272 cams, perrin headers, tgv deletes.w/ a vf39 for now, I'm not looking for crazy power( that's the Gc's job 478awhp) Pics will b posted as soon as my lazy butt makes time . sense of nature Posted January 1, 2012 Author Share Posted January 1, 2012 ^ LOl , Previous motor is ( now in my 99 OB) a 12.5:1 I have a fully built/swapped ( by me of course;)) swapped Gc w/ 68k original miles that has a FP HTA Green Linky to build... http://www.rs25.com/forums/f145/t84314-s-o-n-94-1-8-fwd-l-04-awd-wrx.html puts down 438atw,she's my 4th child & barely sees 3k a yr in abuse. I wanted a little more oomph from my DD. I've been doing these builds swaps for a while & finally had enough "spare/left over parts" accumulated ovr the year.
