Deer Killer
Even coilovers I see advertised the a 1"+ drop. The do not say if this is at the top or bottom of coilover adjustment. Lowering my car is just not an option. I had spring helpers installed in the rear springs, which did actually stiffer up the rear by about 10%, but they last about a year before the spring cuts the helper in half.. Bolksey85
Depending on your budget, I imagine RCE/RaceComp would custom valve and spring you a set of Tarmac 1's. They should be able to set them to OEM ride height with a stiffer spring and/or more aggressive valving.
Deer Killer
They don't even advertise their spring rates, no sale. The suspension aftermarket seems to be quite terrible - impossible to get accurate numbers or reviews. As far as I can tell I would want STI pinks on my stock dampers. People say the stock dampers can't handle them, well according to any info I can find, the rears are only 14% stiffer. I ran 10% stiffer with no damping issues. IMHO the USDM car is overdamped and undersprung. *shrug*

scoobyscoodle
They don't even advertise their spring rates, no sale. This is because you have the ability to select your rates. Stock rates on the T1's are 400lb/400lb but I believe the dampers can handle up to a 550lb rate max. Anything above that is AST territory.
