Nicepj
After driving through downtown Syracuse, NY the other night I noticed my brakes made the annoying clicking sound many have already discussed. The clicking can get pretty loud and it has only ever happened under frequent braking. I also tow a 800 lb Sea-Doo during the summer and noticed the sound a few times then when braking through town. The clicking will continue when I left off the brake pedal for about 15-20 seconds. Question is whether this would be solved with just throwing on some EBC brake pads or equivalent? By the way I have a 2008 2.5i Limited and right now these are the OEM pads from the dealer when I bought the car. The other night was the first time this has happened when not towing or driving down Whiteface. Obviously this is a heat issue, but if anyone has any other ideas let me know.
