malware warning

Hello everybody,

 

this isn't quite how I imagined I'd make my first post here, but I'd figured I'd say something:

 

I'm getting a malware warning like this:

Occasionally as I browse the sight.

 

Is it just an issue with my browser or are other people seeing this too?

It's probably that the site (www.stimcpo.com) itself has been listed to carry malware in a certain place (it may have been hacked), but that doesn't mean that the whole site is providing malware.

 

This is something that happens to some hosting sites now and then where one user gets involved in malicious activities and posts evil stuff under his account that then has an impact on all other users on that site.

 

Pure malicious sites exists too, but they aren't that common. They are also very volatile since as soon as they are listed they will change name and IP address.

In other words, it's not this site, but another site a user linked an image from.
