shawn.parker
So today when I got in my vehicle I tried to adjust the driver's seat, all the functions work except for the one that moves the seat forward. I can move it back, tilt it both ways as well as adjust the seat bottom tilt. I don't think this is a fuse issue and was wondering if anyone has ever seen this happen before? I'm willing to replace the control unit on the side of the seat if that were the problem. Help thanks!
bighaus90
I'm pretty sure the forward and back are the same motor meaning it is most likely a button issue.
shawn.parker
Is there anyway I could dissemble the switch and clean the contacts or does it have to be replaced?
bighaus90
I'm not sure about that one I would say it probably comes out and could most likely be disassembled. search for vacation pics and look at those.
hellraiser1313
I had the same problem on my durango the seat would move back but not foward. The way I got it to work on my truck was to push the buttom in and move it foward to move the seat and thats how it would work. Might work but thats how I did it with my truck.
