moscolokid Posted October 17, 2011 Share Posted October 17, 2011 Hey guys, over the summer i had thrown a P0171 bank 1 out of the blue, i had the car for over a year now and i have a K&N short ram thats been on it since the first week. At first i thought i was running lean from that but then i realized if that's the case, then why didnt it throw the code earlier? Then recently i changed my clutch and put in an aluminum flywheel, after that install the code came on and idling went all shitty. So i changed the front O2 sensor, figured might as well start there. After the change, the car ran fine for about 2 weeks, then the code came back on and i got it scanned and what do you know... im lean again. I checked vac lines and such but still there was nothing. Could the LWFW ultimately throw a code like running lean? or is there actually something wrong here, because i am running out of ideas and if you have any, please feel free to offer. thanks gentlemen.
