At 265,000KM I dont think this engine is worth/will last a build. the 4Eat shifts hard. (only into second when travelling at the speed right where it would shift) The lifters click like mad. -missfire on #2, Somethings messed up with the vacuum either it drones or my air intake does. (At the plug in thing... i do believe thats the mass air flow sensor, correct?) someone suggested a solenoid near the EGR. Multiple oil leaks. I'm pretty sure this engine has had its run. Unless someone figures theres hope for it. Oh yeah my rear diff is leaking yay On a ~700 a month car budget do you think i can repair/replace this engine before Canada's great winters slam this car into the pavement? IF i replace the engine/trans i would look for a 5-speed. I have the Ej25D. what engine would be a recommended swap? i've looked at: Tigerjapanese and found some engines but not sure if i should go for one. +bodywork Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
