SCHM1AN
Yesterday I drained my trans fluid at a friend's house... I did not measure the amount that came out, but I filled 4 quarts. After driving home (maybe 4 miles) the transmission sounds like a train in the distance or a tornado siren. It only does this when the trans fluid has been warmed up and at higher speeds (45mph ish). I checked the dipstick and it's a good 4 inches above the HOT-FULL line!! So I slowly drive back to my friend's house this morning and try to drain some fluid, but nothing drained. I have no idea where the fluid could be... Can somebody please help with this?

SCHM1AN
I actually drained the differential but still filled up the tranny. Only drove about 15 miles on it total before I figured out I had a major problem. Once warmed up the car sounded like a train off in the distance. I checked the vacation pictures and it hit me that I had taken the wrong drain plug off lol needless to say I won't be making that mistake again
