quick4dr Posted August 13, 2011 Share Posted August 13, 2011 just installed F1 valve body, took for drive things are rough but to be expected. came back, no leaks all is dry topped off fluid. drove home from shop approx 20min drive, started hearing a random bad noise all most marbles grinding noise. got home. car drives fine. no leaks underneath all is dry. restarted car and in park listening under car valve body is making crazy grinding noise. put into gear and she moves and is quiet but noise is speratic. quick4dr Posted August 14, 2011 Author Share Posted August 14, 2011 been in contact with Dave, maker of the valvebody, new one on the way, not sure that it is the valvebody making the noise, could be a valvebody to pan clearance issue. the metal wire holder tabs or filter pickup touching the pan.
