new2theru
I've been looking into getting an accessport and read that it not only does engine tuning but it can also help with shift times. Anyone have any experience with this unit on the lgt with the 5EAT? Does it help with how it shifts, when it shifts, both, or does it really do anything for this at all? fishbone
The AP does absolutely nothing for the transmission, because nobody has been able to crack the programming of the tranny controller. If you want quicker/firmer shifts, you need a shift kit, meaning a modified valve body. Look into ClimberD's Hex Mod, like frankster said.
