scobaru5 Posted August 10, 2011 Share Posted August 10, 2011 my moms 02 outback has keyless entry and it will enable the alarm when u press lock and disable when you hit unlock. the problem is the car is shared by our family so if we don't use the key fob and only use the key. once u unlock it the alarm will go of. my parents don't care at all to have the alarm, my mom mainly uses it so she still wants to have her keyless work and still have any of the family members use the car by unlocking it via key what do I need to do to disable that? caschmidt Posted August 10, 2011 Share Posted August 10, 2011 NOt sure if its the same as mine, but the module is mounted to the right of the radio and climate control.
