ehsnils
Is it the timing belt sprocket on the crank you refer to? There is a disc with tabs behind it for the crankshaft sensor, is it that one you broke? I wouldn't say that you are screwed, but you will either need to purchase one or get one from a blown engine. (they usually survive engine blowups)

ehsnils
Since some people around here do have blown engines or have had that I suggest that you go to the market area, or check your local junkyard. Just take the one you have off using the correct tool first and then bring it with you. It would probably not be too hard to find one. Just make sure that it's for the right engine since it may be different depending on if you have twin cam or single cam heads. (I'm not sure)
MrHellrais3R
Hey JB, I'll stop by the shop tomorrow and see if I can grab the one off my old motor. If I can then I'll send it out asap.
