schwaz80 Posted July 31, 2011 Share Posted July 31, 2011 Help! I just installed a new head unit in my 2009 2.5i and somehow managed to kill my temperature control (it's always ice cold). I have the manual controls and the climate control cable is connected and appears to be moving the damper correctly alas no heat. I read somewhere else that the air mix doors may have come off their rails. Any suggestions to troubleshoot? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
vomplegacy Posted August 8, 2011 Share Posted August 8, 2011 yea on the left side, if you have the cable on the tab but when you move it, you dont hear a clunk, it slipped off the slot on the back side, it doesnt take much to put back on though good luck.
